4. Retailer Obligations

Retailers using the Grabbit Service agree to:

• Provide accurate product data and maintain up-to-date inventory for NFC tagging.
• Ensure that NFC tags are properly attached to products and are readable by the Service.
• Facilitate the secure processing of transactions in accordance with Grabbit’s standards.

5. Payment and Fees

The use of the Service may be subject to fees as outlined in your agreement with Grabbit. By using the Service, you agree to pay any applicable fees as specified. All payments are processed securely, and Grabbit does not store any payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on the Service, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, and designs are the property of or licensed to Grabbit and are protected by law. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grabbit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
